Onsite / Remote Support

Staying IT savvy is complex and onerous but, we can make it easy for you. Whether you require ad-hoc consulting, support services, or training on specific end-user products and software, we can assist.

Our claim to fame is our tried-and-tested service agreements, which include the added benefits of unlimited remote and workshop support. We do as much support remotely as possible but, if the circumstances require an in-person call, our technicians will be onsite. All but one of our service agreements include regular onsite visits and this schedule is established before the contract is signed. We incorporate contingency planning to minimize any downtime and initiate solutions to keep businesses operational.

Since we advocate proactive and pre-emptive IT maintenance, if crises or complications arise and we need to spend more time, this is at our own cost – we should foresee problems and implement preventative measures. CloudWays’ accountability is quantified via a time-spent penalty if we drop the ball.
