We offer exceptional end-user support for administrative, finance, and educational staff. Our support includes software installations and updates,
and professional onsite training in Microsoft Office, d6 Ed, and Principal
Timetabler. We are happy to assist all staff with BYOD (bring-your own-
device) setups, connecting their personal devices to the school’s network safely and efficiently. Since we are a Microsoft AER, we prioritize Microsoft School Agreement software installations and upgrades on all devices.
We administer up-to-the-minute internet filtering to safeguard students’ online exposure and to limit unnecessary bandwidth usage (abuse). We also believe that the learners’ data is as critical as the staff’s. Our technicians are proficiently skilled in server management learner data to ensure that learner data remains safe and accessible. They are also passionate about providing your learners with optimally functioning computer labs. Should your learners be allowed, we will gladly assist them with BYOD setups. Lastly, we have more than two decades of experience in facilitating IT and CAT examinations according to departmental regulations and shall make this service available to your learners.
At Samantha Dunbar Inc. physio, CloudWays handle all our IT systems and support. With their expertise, they recently redeployed our system to a cloud server.
